Blueprint is a CSS framework, which gives a front-end developer an easy-to-use grid, sensible typography, useful plugins, and even a stylesheet for printing. It uses Ruby-on-Rails to generate custom CSS files. That’s it. If you don’t like default grid you can create your own.
